War Memorial
The War Memorial in Moulton Seas End can be found in the heart of the village. The grass immediately surrounding the memorial is maintained by the Parish Council and a number of local residents ensure it is kept clear of rubbish and weeds. This is an important site allowing us to respect and remember those who gave their lives for their country. It is hoped that an annual Act of Remembrance will be held at the monument following the success in November 2014 where more than 30 parishioners attended the service followed by refreshments at the village hall.
A charitable donation from Chosen, instigated by John & Carole Heron and supported by Iris Boland from the Charity, has recently enabled a new flag pole to be purchased. This was erected during the Summer of 2015. Thanks also to John Gilman who provided his time and skill to erect the pole.
