Present: Cllrs Wakefield, Sneath, Hahn, Woolf, Tibbs, Ingham, Henderson, Tomkins, Cooper, Wright, Dist. Cllr Casson, CCllrs Gibson and Condell, 15 members of the public and Parish Clerk.

A representative from the waste disposal team spoke to residents and councillors about the new bins. Lots of questions were asked and answered.

Clerk explained about the damage caused by a fallen tree branch from a neighbouring property.
Complaint from a resident discussed about the churchyard maintenance in areas. Clerk to speak to the Green Group and obtain quotes for removal of foliage at the bottom of trees.

Anglian Water will not give a free quote for water connection. Clerk to ask a company for a borehole quote instead.

CCllr Gibson explained the bus shelter was now in place on High Road, Moulton.
The potential removal of two bus shelters in Moulton Seas End was discussed.
Cllr Hahn expressed concerns about the state of footpaths in Moulton again, especially Broad Lane.
Flooding in Moulton Seas End in MSE discussed on certain roads at certain times of the year. CCllr Gibson to have a look when the rain comes again.
Roman Bank pothole filling discussed, CCllr Gibson to have a visit.
