Cllr Woolf requested Debbie Craft was sent a letter of thanks from the councillors in regards to her donation towards play equipment. Councillors all agreed.

Meridian Solar project was discussed on depth. Agreed Clerk would liaise with Weston pc before submitting comments.

 

12) Moulton Ward

Clerk gave an update on the play area and it was agreed the Clerk would try and book inspection for 31st October.

A list of names was taken of councillors for an Oldershaw’s factory tour.

A new dog waste bin discussed for Church Lane as an add on or larger replacement. Proposed by Cllr Sneath and seconded by Cllr Woolf subject to confirmation from portfolio holder at SHDC on which size bin would be most suitable to be emptied.

 

13) M S E Ward

The flying of the flag at all times at the war memorial discussed. Agreed to purchase new flag if the current union flag is not owned by the pc. Proposed by Cllr Woolf, seconded Cllr Sneath.

 

14) Moulton Chapel

Hall insurance and ownership discussed. Agreed to get new legal document drawn up in the CIO’s new title. Proposed by Cllr Woolf, seconded Cllr Sanderson.

Stop sign near Tulipland Potatoes damaged to go on Fixmystreet.

Max speed of 55mph recorded on Common Road MSE.
