Present: Cllr Wakefield (Chair), Hahn, Sneath, Wright, Kirk, Tibbs, Ingham, Henderson, Sanderson, Cooper, and Parish Clerk.

1) Chairman’s welcome 

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting.


2) Public Forum 
Two options for the play park were distributed to the public to view if they had already not seen them on social media. Both options discussed including costs. The public were asked to vote on each option. Majority vote decided option 1.

The Chairman also informed the public that a kind resident is donating a trim trail to also go in the play area in memory of her husband.

Mr Lewis spoke on his plans to open the rest of Moulton Park.

Members from the Green Group gave an update on the areas they tend to in the churchyard.

A new footpath extension and gate into Moulton Park discussed. Agreed to go ahead and put a new path and gate installed. Proposed Cllr Sneath, seconded Cllr Wakefield, agreed.

WhatsApp group discussed and agreed it is a helpful tool.

 

13) M S E Ward

Wreath laying discussed for Remembrance Sunday.

Broken bench discussed in play area. Agreed to remove and purchase a new picnic bench (same as in Moulton Park). Proposed Cllr Henderson, seconded Cllr Sneath, agreed.


14) Moulton Chapel

Agreed to enter a float into Spalding Flower Parade again and Tulip Time Parade.


15) SID Report 

Max speed of 75mph recorded Roman Bank, Moulton Chapel. Only 9 days recorded as battery stopped working.
