Present: Parish Cllrs Cooper, Tibbs, Woolf, Wright, Ingham, Henderson, Sneath, Sanderson, Kirk, Wakefield, Tomkins, Hahn, Parish Clerk and three members of the public.
1) Chairman’s welcome
The Chairman read out a yearly report of the council’s achievements and thanked everyone for their hard work.
2) Public Forum
A resident raised concerns about the speeding traffic in Moulton Seas End and asked if the speed limit could be reduced/extended. Community Speedwatch group discussed.
Another resident thanked the pc for their support and work in regards to the war memorial.

All agreed for all councillors to be on the board.

All agreed for the Chair, Vice Chair, past Chairman, Cllr Kirk and Cllr Henderson to be appointed.

Broad Lane parking restriction proposal discussed. The chairman suspended standing orders for CCllr Gibson to explain the proposed plans. Broad Land drains have also been raised/repaired.
Request for a speed reduction Broad Lane from local business. All agreed to support the proposal and continue to support requests for Fen Gate, Moulton Chapel.
Cllr Woolf questioned the appropriate height for speed signs as the ones in MSE seem low. Concluded there is no required height.
Cllr Sanderson raised concerns about cars parking outside a property in Fen Gate and the possibility of a planning condition breach.

Chairman gave thanks to councillors who participated in the parade.
19) SID Report
Max speed of 65mph Common Road coming into MSE. Previously sited Fengate, Moulton Chapel with high speeds entering the village. Clerk had contacted Lincs Road safety Partnership and they shall survey the area however it is currently not an accident hot spot.

Resident contacted the clerk regarding trees cut in Reynolds Gardens by LCC.
