Present: Parish Cllrs Cooper, Tibbs, Woolf, Henderson, Sneath, Sanderson, Kirk, Wakefield, and Parish Clerk.

The Chairman read out a short summary of the past year.

Cllr Sneath and Woolf declared they are District Councillors (Moulton Park).

3) Election of Chairman
Cllr Woolf proposed Cllr Wakefield to be Chairman, seconded by Cllr cooper. All agreed.
4) Election of Vice Chairman
Cllr Kirk proposed Cllr Sneath and this was seconded by Cllr Henderson. All agreed.
5) Appointment of Burial Board
All agreed for all councillors to be on the board.
6) Appointment of Allotment Group
All agreed for all councillors to be on the board.
7) Appointment of Management Group
All agreed for the Chair, Vice Chair, past Chairman and Cllr Henderson to be appointed.

All agreed for Cllrs to continue as of the previous year.

Discussion took place in regards to obtaining a plaque for the Commonwealth war graves.

Cllrs commented on how tidy the ‘ski slope’ development was after materials moved away.

Max speed of 65mph coming out of the village of MSE where the machine is currently sited.
20) Correspondence
The Clerk received a reply from John Hayes in regards to the Pylon scheme.
The Clerk also received a letter and USB stick with details on of the Offshore wind project.
