Present: Cllr Sneath, Wright, Wakefield, Woolf, Hahn, Sanderson, Tibbs, Ingham, Henderson, Cooper, 2 members of the public, and Parish Clerk.

Chairman welcomed everyone to the March meeting.

Cemetery
A resident asked is the rule of no dogs in the cemetery could be reviewed. This was discussed in depth. It was agreed the rule will be kept in place.

Churchyard
Concern from resident over a Monkey Puzzle tree that is not thriving. This was discussed.
Dead tree removal process discussed including the potential to keep a large enough log for the park. Agreed to see what the condition of the wood is once it is on the ground.
Clerk gave an update of the broken tomb, still waiting for permissions to be able to complete works.

12) Moulton Ward
 
Cllr Henderson asked that the councillors could look into a potential grant for village halls in the future. Agreed to ask the three halls concerned to attend the May meeting with a proposal of what they would spend the funds on.
 
Dog warden has been out in the village and a new sign has gone up in Broad Lane.
 
30mph repeater signs discussed after a resident in Station Road showed concern. Agreed to purchase up to £50 worth.
 
Properties with overhanging hedges discussed. Clerk to visit and/or send out letters.
 
 
13) M S E Ward
 
Clerk gave an update on meeting with a play equipment company for potential replacement equipment.
 
 
14) Moulton Chapel
 
Parade float discussed. Agreed to ask the Youth Club if they would like to be involved.
New speed advisory banners are said to be having the desired effect. 
 
 
15) SID Report 
 
Max speed of 65mph recorded Roman Bank. Sid will be situated Station Road, Moulton.

Village Voice items discussed.
Mr Cooley has kindly gifted the cemetery £250 in his will.
