Present: Cllr Wakefield (Chair), Cooper, Kirk, Tibbs, Hahn, Henderson, Sneath, Wright, Sanderson, Ingham, and Parish Clerk.

1) Chairman’s welcome
The Chairman welcomed everyone to the June meeting.
2) Public Forum
A member of the public handed the council a letter of thanks for the development of the war memorial. This was read out by the Chairman.

Dist. Cllr Casson and Cllr Woolf.

Cllr Sneath and Woolf declared they are District Councillors (Moulton Park).

Agreed to pay Mr Bingham a fee of £25 a cut to cut the grass area in the corner of the cemetery. Proposed Cllr Kirk, seconded Cllr Wright.
Cemetery rules sign quotes discussed. Agreed to order £185 (metal sign). Proposed Cllr Sneath, seconded Cllr Hahn.

The overgrowth in the churchyard was discussed. Agreed the Clerk would organise a meeting with the contractor and councillors could attend if they wished.
Agreed quotes would be sourced for a large dead tree that will need removing in due course.

Updated electric installation quote discussed including standing charge. Agreed to get some updated prices for extras ready for the next meeting.
Cllr Tibbs explained MCA were in need of financial support for an upgrade of the heating system in the Community Centre. Agreed Clerk will bring figures to the July meeting of what is available in each budget to potentially be used as a grant.
Agreed to buy a goal post, Moulton Park, £88.79 proposed Cllr Sneath and seconded Cllr Wright.
Picnic bench quotes discussed. Agreed to buy 2 x wooden benches the same as stated in the original plans up to a cost of £895 each. Proposed by Cllr Kirk and seconded Cllr Cooper.
The gateway into the park discussed, agreed to contact Highways for a potential solution to keep the entrance level.
Agreed that the Park would be added to the agenda in July to be discussed in depth.
Agreed to not enter a scarecrow into the village event this year.
Flag to be raised Thursday to Saturday for D-day.

The Youth Club was discussed and it was decided to add to the July agenda to agree to offer an additional donation of £400 if the club wished to accept.

The Tuliptime road signs are now installed.
