Present: Cllr Tibbs, Sneath, Henderson, Ingham, Tomkins, Wakefield, Wright, Cooper, Sanderson, two members of the public, and Parish Clerk.
1) Chairman’s welcome
The Chairman welcomed everyone to the February meeting.
2) Public Forum
Member of the public asked for help fitting some statues at the war memorial along with purchasing and fitting another bench. Councillors agreed to purchase and organise but in the new financial year.

The Clerk gave an update on the new roadway that has now been completed.

Cllr Sneath asked for an update on where the wood went from the dead trees and suggested some soil should be used to fill the gateway to level the churchyard entrance.

Cllr Ingham raised concerns over the junction West Cob Gate/Broad Lane in terms of parking and the school bus managing to turn right towards the school.
Cllr Tomkins asked if anything could be done at the cross roads in Moulton Seas End to stop overtaking. Councillors discussed and majority agreed double white lines would not help.

12) Moulton Ward
Clerk explained why it was necessary for the online survey to be offered to the public for the UKSPF funding grant data.
Moulton Park committee are due to arrange a site meeting with councillors in the near future.
Moulton Celebratory Committee have applied for some funding/donation towards their harvest weekend. This was discussed and agreed to donate at a sum to be decided at a later date. Discussion around how much goes to charity each year etc.
13) M S E Ward
Cllr Tomkins informed Cllr Sneath that the traffic signs have still not been collected.
Mud on road edges discussed.
Flag pole removed to be fixed. A new chain weight possibly needed in time.
14) Moulton Chapel
Agreed to not enter a float this year in the Tuliptime parade.
15) SID Report
Max speed of 60mph recorded on Station Road, Moulton coming into the village. SID shall now be turned around to record speeds leaving the village.

Clerk has received a new Meridian consultation.
