Members of the public did not feel there was a need for a car park which Cllr Woolf agreed that was also the feelings of the Parish Council.

Members of the public asked why the offer was only 1/3 acre when the original offer was 1 acre with a car park that was not 2/3 of an acre. Cllr Woolf stated that the Parish Council did not know the answer to this.

Cllr Sneath explained the potential costs going forward.
