Cllr Cooper reported large pot holes in Fold Lane.
Cllr Hahn asked if the footpaths Broad Lane could be inspected as in poor repair.
Residents have contacted the Clerk to ask what can be done about A151/Bell Lane junction safety. This was discussed and residents’ concerns noted.
Cllr Woolf asked if River Lane could be added to the agenda for January.

Increased play equipment installation cost due to added trim trail (£2988.65) proposed by Cllr Wakefield, sec. Cllr Sneath, all agreed.
 
Pest control quote £125 initial clearing and then £350 yearly subscription. Proposed Cllr Woolf, sec. Cllr Sneath.
 
The traffic flow through village discussed. The amount of HGVS cutting through has not fallen as expected since A16 roundabout has reopened. 
 
 
 
 
13) M S E Ward
 
Agreed Clerk can obtain quote for a cleaner to clean park equipment on a yearly/bi yearly basis.
 
Road name discussed for the rear of the war memorial. Agreed to propose the idea of ‘Gibbons Close’ due to Vianna Close having no connection to MSE.
 
 
14) Moulton Chapel
 
Cllr Sanderson asked about speed limit in Fengate. Chairman suspended standing orders for CCllr Gibson to give an update. Highways manager due to come out end of January.

Max speed of 75mph recorded Common Road MSE.
